Tip of the Day
This coaching was most helpful. The sessions helped me greatly in clarifying goals and learning more about the direction that would be best for me to head in. The coaching experience was terrific.
Accept where you are at this moment. Don't make it better nor worse. Just be honest with yourself.
Mr. Borek was a great coach. Never directing, but being supportive in my desired efforts and outcomes. He made himself available to me if ever needed and that was very much appreciated. I would refer him to others without hesitation. Thank you so much!!!!

What is Coaching
|When we see an athlete like Dara Torres do the unthinkable at the age of 41 and make the USA Olympic swim team. How about when Denzel Washington channels a character to perfection. We're seeing the value of coaching. We've never thought about having a coach for our personal and professional lives before. If a single performance or sports goal is worth using a coach to achieve, then how much more important are our own lives? Working with a coach keeps you focused on what's important for you. With coach Steve Borek, these goals stay front and center on your radar screen. This almost always results in you reaching for more in all areas of your life.|

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
How does Coaching work?My clients are worldwide. I schedule clients calls to accommodate their time zone. End Game Business, focused on business coaching, is located in Central NY in the greater Syracuse area.
Coaching is done by telephone or Skype with sessions lasting 45 minutes. We'll schedule 2-3 calls a month at a convenient day and time. Occasionally, a coaching engagement or project also requires face-to-face meetings or "shadow coaching" to see how you're "showing up" in the work environment. The reason coaching works is because it provides a unique combination of:
